The Retreat operates as a not for profit event. There is no paid staff. The Retreat is made possible by the gifts of time, ideas and energy provided by a team of volunteers along with donations by businesses and individuals. Funds raised from the raffle of banquet table dolls will help make the conference more affordable for everyone.
If you would like to contribute to the delegate bags, banquet doll raffle, volunteer time before or during the conference, or if you need additional information please contact the individuals identified below.
Please attach a tag or card with your name and email address and/or web site to the contributed item(s) so that delegates know who contributed to making the Retreat a success.
DELEGATE BAG DONATIONS
Fifty items or any portion of that number would be most welcome. Acknowledgement of your contribution will be included in each delegate bag as well as being posted in the Hospitality Suite and Ballroom.
BANQUET DOLLS
Banquet Table Dolls will decorate each table at the banquet celebration on Sunday evening and then be raffled. Each doll will in some way reflect the theme for the Retreat which is Time Travel!
VOLUNTEER TIME
Volunteers are needed to help with a wide range of activities including registration, doll and challenge check-in, raffle ticket sales, set up and take down of displays.
